Notes
from the Teacher:
·
The students did an amazing job on
their Community Helper Presentations last week even though we had to rush
through them because of the fire drill.
·
On Friday
(November 9) we
will go on our 1st Kindergarten Field Trip. It will be to the Fernbank
Museum and Fernbank
Science Center.
The bus will leave ICS at 9:30am, we will be back at school around 1:45pm. Lunch will be eaten under the Big Dinosaurs in the Fernbank Museum atrium. Bagged lunches have been ordered for children that eat school lunch. We will have a Planetarium show about “Day and Night” at 12:30pm in the Science Center. Thank you for your patience and all your support!

A message from SPANISH
and FRENCH teachers.
It is FAMILY TIME in Spanish and French classes! It is a
tradition for Kindergarten students to learn about family around Thanksgiving
Time, and do so with PICTURES. (Look for more details coming home this week).
By the time Thanksgiving time is here, the students bring that poster home as
"present" back to their families. The idea is to have grandparents,
parents and siblings pictures. We look forward to hearing the kids sharing
about their families.
Thank you, merci, gracias.—Language Teachers |
